I have spent nearly six years in the BPO industry, taking on diverse roles in Customer Service, Technical Support, Retention, Sales, and Level Two Support. Throughout my career, I have consistently ranked as a top performer, reflecting both my strong work ethic and deep understanding of the roles I handle.
I take pride in delivering high-quality results and continuously strive to exceed expectations. This experience has strengthened my adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
I enjoy hiking with friends and exploring beaches, mountains, and star-filled night skies. I also value journaling to reflect on lessons learned, meaningful insights, and personal experiences.
